TouchHome

An accessible and cheap way of installing domotic control in your house.

If years ago domotic sounded as something from science fiction or a millionaire whim, nowadays it is accessible thanks to technologies as the X10 protocol and applications as TouchHome.

  X10 is a communication protocol that allows to control a houses electronic devices through the electricity installation. To do so all we will need are signal controllers that are cheaper each day, and a system to centralize its programing and functioning.

  TouchHome has been developed to program and manage an X10 installation. It has a customizable graphic user interface in which we will be able to draw the different floors of the house adding electronic elements and devices, so that we can later manage the actions that we want to perform with them.

  It offers support for a PC or smartphone with tactile screen, so that by means of its intuitive interface we will be able to perform the actions thanks to the movements of our hands.

  To work properly it needs are X10 signal controllers of the CM11 or CM15 class.
